Zumbathon - Sunday 9th June

HRS will be holding a Zumbathon with Lara from Love2DanceUK on Sunday 9th June from 11.00 am - 1.30 pm.

This is a fundraising event for all generations; grandparents, parents and children (aged 12 and over) can all join in together. Starting with Zumba Gold and progressing to Zumba Fitness.

Raising funds for HRS and three very deserving Charities: The North London Hospice, British Friends of Israeli War Disabled, Meningitis Research Foundation.

£10 per person, £3 for 12 -16 year olds. Refreshments will be available.

Shabbat 15th June - Chavurah Lunch

Come and join us for Shabbat Morning service followed by an informal lunch. Everybody is welcome, please bring your family and friends.

Visit to our Twinned Community

Join us in September on a 5 day trip to Belarus.  We will visit our twinned Reform Jewish Community in Bobruisk which before 1939 was home to forty five synagogues, Minsk and Vilnius. What Mitzvah Day is all about. Dozens of volunteers from Hendon Reform and the Hendon Mosque joined forces to help Barnet's homeless on Mitzvah Day.

ZUMBA AT HRS

Every Monday morning there are two Zumba classes run by Lara Gold Ezekiel (07811 208644). Lara says these classes are "Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning - they call it the Dance-'Fitness Party!" £6 per class. No need to register just arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.  9.30 am for all levels, and 10.45am 'Zumba Gold' for over 50's or anyone who wants to take the pace down just a little.
